Visitors

Quin Monson, Kelly's colleague, and his wife Kate arrived on Tuesday.  We let them take a little nap but then made them go for a walk to the Eiffel Tower.  That is usually how we keep visitors awake the first day to get over their jet lag.

Quin decided to stay up until 10 pm to watch the Germany-Brazil World Cup soccer game.  Quin went to Brazil on his mission.  He watched the whole game--he said it was like a train wreck--he couldn't pull himself away despite Brazil's humiliating 7-1 defeat.
Kelly, Quin and Kate were up early to go for a run.  It is a great way for Kelly to show off Paris.  He took them later to the Rodin Museum and the World War I and II Museums at Les Invalides this afternoon.  Although it has been unusually rainy, we haven't let that slow us down!
